Attendance at this conference is highly limited and open to serving board members, corporate secretaries and general counsel of public companies only. Registration fees include opening night cocktail reception and all meals. Registration fees do not include hotel or travel expenses. Please note that the venue requires business professional attire. Gentlemen are required to wear jackets and ties at all times. Appropriate business attire for ladies is dresses, skirts, dressy pant suits and business pant suits.
All registrants receive a complimentary one-year subscription to Directors & Boards Magazine (a $325 value) or a one-year extension on your current subscription, plus immediate activation of our Directors & Boards weekly newsletter. Subscriptions include unlimited online access to the magazine’s online archive of articles.

Cancelation Policy
Cancelation policy: All conference cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Diane McCollum, Directors & Boards Magazine, 1845 Walnut St., Ste 900, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or emailed to diane.mcccollum@directorsandboards.com. Registrants who cancel more than four weeks prior to the program date are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee less an administrative fee of $150 per registrant; if canceled within four weeks, but more than 10 business days prior to the conference date, 50% of the conference registration fee will be refunded less an administrative fee of $150 per registrant; within 10 business days of the conference date and no shows, no refund is possible. Directors & Boards Magazine may cancel the program if attendance does not meet required levels; in case of cancellation or rescheduling, full refunds of registration fees will be made. Travel fares and hotel deposits cannot be reimbursed.
